Although the location is genera (Read More)lly safe, the clientele can sometimes be concerning. The hotel has security guards and the police make safety checks. The check-in process can be slow. The rooms are slightly worn and the gym is closed. However, the breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and efficient. Overall, it is a decent place to stay.

Disappointing

This facility is no bargain.

Convenient location and reasonably clean room

Facility has not been properly maintained, bathtub leaked, and bath door not properly hung causing it to not stay open. Staff refused to provide room service during five-day stay, even after a request that the room be serviced.

very comfortable as opposed to a conventional hotel room. The front office gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Great location for where I needed to go.

the faucets leaked but really nothing I didnt like. Ill definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

A maintenance employee came in the evening to fix our television. Not only was he available at a time we thought he would not be, but he did everything he could to fix it until the problem was remedied. The employee who oversaw the breakfast area was quite diligent. The bed was very comfortable! Thanks Residence Inn for a great stay! We'll be back!

Poor

I should have paid more and stayed a different Residence Inn near the airport.

The proximity to other restaurants and the mall.

The outer area of the facilities were not clean. There were spider webs everywhere and outside of my room. Consequently there were spiders inside the room as well. I changed rooms three times before finding one I could tolerate. The location needs to be renovated.
