The Courtyard Sacramento Airport Natomas offers a great experience with updated, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel has a nice pool but no hot tub. Th (Read More)e $10 parking fee is a minor annoyance, but the location is convenient and safe, with easy access to downtown. Disappointing

Bait & switch

The room and the property was very clean.

The two main things they advertise (come enjoy our refreshing pool, and meet in the lobby for drinks) were both unavailable during our stay. The pool was still closed for the season (despite it being over 90F) and nowhere on their website did it say that it was a seasonal pool. In fact, a few other hotels stated that their pools are seasonal and are closed until X date, but this one did not. I chose this hotel specifically because they talked up their pool area and I knew it was going to be hot during my stay. I only found out after I checked in that the pool was closed for a few more days. Also, their lobby bar was closed for the evening and "sorry for the inconvenience". No reason given. I won't be back.
