The staff that checked us in on the 30th were great despite the sudden influx of guests that arrived around the same tim

The woman at the front desk on New Years Eve was awful. I had a problem with the room I was given. I upgraded my room a week before I checked in and was expecting to pay $799 for the three night stay. However, when I realized I was being charged the upgraded price but hadnt received the upgraded room, I went to the front desk. The hotels representative was dismissive, rude, and in no way interested in being of service to me. At one point,she even motioned to her security people to put me out. I never raised my voice nor did I show her any disrespect. I am 76 years old and did not deserve the treatment I received from this hospitality professional. Shame on her and the establishment that employs her. She needs training on what it takes to be in that job.

Great location

Overall stay was good. Was given the wrong room but the manager Marc quickly corrected it. Upon arriving in the correct room, we found a pair of dirty socks under the sofa bed and crushed up popcorn. Understanding that things are missed but housekeeping should really check under furniture when cleaning. Requested fresh towels from the front desk lady but never received them. Like I said, overall great stay and location but some of the front desk didn't offer the hospitality I expected.

Staff, nice and cozy room. Location was the best.

Cleanliness. Bed sheet on sofa cum bed was dirty with food on it. Curtains has food stains.

Great location, great staff

The location was unbeatable! Everything was walking distance! The room was really nice, the check in process was very easy. Huge shoutout to Marc at the front desk for some great food recommendations and awesome customer service!
