Great property, informative host, clean and pleasant stay overall.

The location. The heating and facilities. The cleanliness and it felt like a home from home.

The shower - the hot water had low power and it was difficult to get an in between of hot vs cold temperature. The hot tub - not very powerful or hot (although the temperature was at max)

Great stay in Bournemouth

Very comfortable house with excellent facilities. Hot tub is a great addition. Excellent location, with local shops and walkable into Bournemouth train station and centre. Was well looked after by owner with excellent communication, and house well cared for.

No real issues, perhaps bedside tables with lamps may be a good addition.

Very nice house and jacuzzi but beds uncomfortable

The house was clean and there was everything we needed. The jacuzzi was comfy and the instructions were clear.

The beds were quite uncomfortable, especially the one in the children's room. I found the communication from the host a bit too much, on many occasions reminding us to keep to the house rules, which of course we absolutely did. I just found it a bit odd and patronising and it did affect our stay even though the house itself was very nice.
