Location. Clean but needs a deep clean every now and again. Lots of nice little touches that dont work: mug in room but broken. Clock, but needs new batteries. No hand wash in bathrooms. Tv doesnt work. Lock on the door temperamental.

FAR FROM CIVILISED EUROPEAN STANDARDS

That room was aired before my arrival.

"Rehoboth Guest house presents high standards of service to all our guest. we are also very professional and regulated. We want to assure the Public that all these accusations are not the truth." -This kind of self-justification are after not positive comments.I felt here like third world tries to play Europe and easy grab money.You have to move rubbish bin to get a key to get in. CAN ONE IMAGINE SOMETHING LIKE THAT IN CIVILISED EUROPE? To declare themselves as European standards' place, first of all they must double walls, make normal doors, room keys. Under me was 'private room' where during the day somebody was loudly 'sitting' on the phone for a long time, then in the evening started kind of a scandal in Italian style - extra loud. I made my laptop loud too, hoping people downstairs will understand, behave civilised, NO, it continued even past 2am, then I fall asleep, next night the same. Washing machine is left working after midnight and of course you can hear it. At my 9 flats place with normal walls we have unwritten, but respectful rule not to use washing machines after 8pm. European standards are - if bathroom is not only in private use, it must be cleaned every day. Most elementary basic hygiene in civilised Europe. On our floor was 3 rooms and during 4!!!! days WASN'T CLEANED EVEN ONCE! Around rubbish bin was stock, toilet paper run out, soap for hands appeared only with one family's appearance. No where to hang clothes or towels. In the floor right next to bath under vinyl cover is hole masked with dirty mat, when I step out of bath I sprained my ankle and three days had to heal with vinegar compresses. I hadn't in my room nor promised TV neither 'tea/coffee maker in all rooms'. Through my window I could see about 5 other yards, all nicely kept clean, but under my window was a waste field.

Location, short drive from city centre.

Very dirty!!! The bathroom especially wasn't cleaned for ages. -Blocked shower with hair and residue (water was staying in a base). -Shower door was off It's runner, which we had to fix to be able to shower. - Left soap was full of short hair all over it and two opened sachets of hair products. -Old toothpaste residue left in a holder. -There was NO liquid soap in a dispenser on a sink, just some watery substance. -Two bottles of toiletries were dated 2019 were left on a window sill. - Mouldy food left in the fridge. - Dirty tea cups. -The bed with broken wheels kept moving. -Very thin cheap duvet. -No rugs next to bed, so cold floor everywhere. -NO REMOTE CONTROL for TV, so couldn't use it.

If you like a cheap accommodation, but recorded all the time go for it

location is OK, house fine, for this price no high expectations

the owner (who is living there!) is too loud, often on the phone kitchen and bathroom was dirty CCTV is on all the time...

Not the best

Location to local bus to Manchester.

No TV in the room. Other guests seemed like they were residing there and very noisy. 6am on a Sunday banging around talking very loudly with no consideration for others. Facilities very very poor no bowls and certainly not enough crockery in draws. Room basic with bed which was very uncomfortable and springy and pillows very hard. We had 1 towel in a double room for 2 people.
