The worst stay ever

In no way this is a five star hotel. The breakfast have products from super markets! The gave us a different room than the description on booking. The cleaning service is pathetic! A bottle with spray broken on our floor the first day and today is the fourth day and still the spray is on the floor the heating system of the room does not work so the rooms our so cold. The cost of a water to buy it from the lobby is 5. The distance from the center is 25min and so you are far away from the attractions. The photos on google and on booking are photoshop and doesnt response to the reality. Finally nothing in breakfast is fresh. All products are very cold from LIDL. Never again back to this hostel

Bed was comfortable and great location

Tv very old. Receptionist likes to try to upset customers. She told me that I can park in any spot in front of the hotel and then after I did, hotel's porter came out telling me that I am stupid to think I can park up front. It was ridiculous. Very unpleasant experience

Good, but not 5*

Big, cosy rooms, very good room service, staff at the reception and in the bar very lovely and helpfull.

In the Wellness area receptionist told us, that the priority of guests are the ones from outside, not the hotel guests, so they didnt give us towels for the SPA, I think it is not how 5* hotel should work Also, breakfast cost 25 per person, but the food during breakfast is very poor quality.

Apart from the staff, a really poor hotel

The staff were excellent

Too far away from the centre. Very poor breakfast. The facilities are not at a 5 star level. Bed was not of the standard of a 5 star. The facilities in the room were not 5 star level. The bathroom water smelled bad.

Never again, value for money does not meet expectations of a 5 star hotel.

The bed was comfortable.

Terrible access to the hotel, no parking available, the entrance was already blocked to get in and it was even more difficult to get out with the car as there was only one way out. Took me about an hour to get out off the entrance area as the cars were coming in and blocking the street. Incredible that there were no stuff to guide people to not park in front off the entrance or guide people to get out which created an accident with two cars making it impossible to get out. The garage parking wasn't accessible with the car es it has only capacity for cars up to 1,8m. So if you travel with mini bus you won't be able to park there anyways. The room is outdated with 3 lamps in three different areas of the room, so you need to get up to turn each one of them separately, there is no button to turn all the lights off at once. Temperature was low in the room and bathroom was even colder with no option to increase the temperature with the controller in the room. Also the room wasn't quiet at all, you could hear loud people in the corridor as well people smashing their room doors. The breakfast wasn't fresh and tasty, the bakery tastet like it was sitting there for 2 days already. Also the choices for breakfast was very poor, only basics. The restaurant outdated as well.

Excellent stay!

The hotel is located in the Warsaw's "Embassy district". It is easy to reach by bus from the centre, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. Very polite staff. The building is rather imposing and uninspired from the outside but the interior is very warm and interesting, with a vast lobby and a touch of wooden panels on the corridors. My room was spatious, and had a desk and an armchair, very clean and very comfortable except... (see "didn't like section). Fantastic bathroom! Good breakfast (except... - see the "didn't llike section again...) The evening menu of the Venti-tre Restaurant is also worth recommending). For those who bought rooms with an access to the launge - enjoy! They offer very good stuff.

Superb

The design is a bit old-fashioned, it is rather splendor and luxury from 1990s, but anyway pretty comfortable. The rooms are spacious, swimming pool is nice and the gym is very well equipped and maintained. The location is another strong point.

The room was designed in another era, the number and location of sockets which allow to charge electronic equipment is definitely unsatisfactory. Location of the wardrobe for all clothes in bathroom is also somewhat bizarre (there is not even a single hook near the entrance to the room)
