Comfortable, clean and spacious

A lovely, clean and spacious house which included all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary tea, coffee and sugar was a welcomed provision- thank you. Great location. House was warm on arrival and the team kept us updated all along the way, excellent communication.

Perfect family getaway

Everything, it was lovely, very big, comfortable VERY clean & beautiful decorated.

The heating was very hard to figure out & it was very cold in the house with a 10 month old baby. We couldnt get in contact with the person whos number we were provided to get this sorted so we were freezing all weekend.

Number of bedrooms. Comfy beds. Plenty of space. Close to amenities. Someone came out promptly late at night as fire alarm was beeping.

Kitchen was very sparse, could have done with more utensils etc. No tea towel or washing up cloths, had to go to supermarket and buy. Bad smell coming from drains. Couldn't get fire in living room to work. No curtains in downstairs bedroom.

Sofas too low, struggled to get out of them. No table to eat at. No curtains in the downstairs front bedroom and the vertical blinds didn't join together.

good location, house could do with TLC

location, price and communication

blinds in the down stairs bedroom are warped meaning you can see into the bedroom at the front of the house. I think the previous tenants also had a pet as my allergies literally went bonkers so a clean would be ideal
