It was a great location that suited my visit very well.
Room was roomy and clean. I loved the coffee and you had the creamers that I use at home, that was a great touch!
The people above my room sounded like elephants when they walked. Might have had kids with them and that would explain it. Truly it was just fine. Kids are kids and I love them.

Suite was not a real suite, not two rooms but just a short, short wall. If I had known, wouldve just booked two Queen beds.

Good value a short drive from Newport
I loved that it was dog friendly without any additional charges. The location is great with plenty of restaurants nearby and Newport just a short drive away. The room was comfortable. The young woman who checked us in was very friendly.
The hotel was not clean. The carpets in the hallways desperately needed to be vacuumed. Our bathroom floor had a lot of human hair in the corners.

Super clean, smells great from the moment you walk in the lobby, staff very polite and they offer breakfast. Close to shops, restaurants.

I would not stay at this location again and I would go so far as to advise others to stay clear.
we did not have the breakfast.
the bathroom was tiny, the towels are small, there was not enough lighting for makeup application for an event, there is no room safe. the decor is grey and drab very depressing. the window glass was broken. there was a funky odor as soon as you walk in the lobby, and as I was waiting to be picked up the gentleman who was cleaning and mopping could not have been any louder. unfortunately I couldn't wait elsewhere as it was pouring. lastly, the view outside the window left much to be desired so the curtain needed to stay shut. it did not feel very safe.

Then property was conveniently located, the room was comfortable.
My room did not have any storage room; good for an overnight or weekend, not good for a long stay.

Crazy price for the location/facilities
Family was visiting, decided to visit Newport. It was a peak season so the price was crazy. Great stay but not for $300
Never before booked a motel room for $300/night so far away from the main attraction.
