Very poor

Horrible...!!!

Very POOR check in desk, no direction, extremely vague answers, acted like I was bothering her with my questions.

The room was okay, everytime the heater/air conditioner came on, sounded like I was on the raceway, continuously woke mecup. Ms. Charm at the desk, NEVER informed us of the unique feature regarding turning the ELECTRICITY ON.....had to use the flashlight on my phone. A really DISAPPOINTING experience....!!!

Very good

We had a great stay! Personnel is very friendly, rooms are pretty and breakfast is great.

Really nice hotel! We arrived before check in time, but that wasnt a problem and we got the keys to our room early. Rooms are pretty and has everything you need. Breakfast is very nice. A lot of options and even some gluten-fee options

Only downside is that it is a little far from the city center.

Very good

Very modern hotel with all the facilities, outside fire pits and communal areas were definite plus.

Adding parking charges was just a way of increasing the room rate. Not warranted in such rural areas. Only two towels provided. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Great hotel

Breakfast is fine. Less like the idea of alternating pancakes/eggs but in general, it was good. The hotel is clean, new, the rooms are big. Hot tub and pool area are good.

need to have towels near the pool.

The hotel is very clean and modern, at a great location. The breakfast is great with so much variety.

Being charged for parking. We asked for reduction of the parking fee, but was rejected.

Passable

There's a better location. Not returning because of unfriendly staff. Other reviews proved this.

Building is still new and clean. Good location.

Scott got an attitude issue. $20 parking per day! Only replaced towels and garbage on the 3rd day. Change linens on the 6th day.

Nice facility with large room & new bathroom, very nice heated pool and jacuzzi with fire pit outside. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again
