It was a good stay and the villa provided parking for guest. Very convenient walk to Chenang attractions and mall. Easy

Location, it was situated in a very strategic place of Chenang beach and the villa has a free parking provided for the guests.

its nice to stay n sleep but not lepaking in the room

near to the beach,got free parking for guest,room has 2double beds enough for us

room quite small,to pray alone and on the edge of the room,water heater not heat enough,no small fridge to keep water, no hair dryer..no astro/smart tv

Totally unprofessional It was such a bad experience that I have never booked a place that treated me similarly. When I booked the full amount has been paid from visa immediately, My arrival was at 9 pm, and I sent a message to the property with my arrival date through the Booking website, but I did not receive a response. When I arrived at the place, the main door was closed with a lock, and there was no reception or even security. I found the lock not completely closed. I called the phone in Booking, but it was for reception. I hear the sound of the phone inside, but there is no one. I asked the nearby shops, and they told me that they close from six o'clock, and there is no one now. The place was empty, as if no one else had occupied it. I unlocked the lock and entered the place, with difficulty, I found an emergency phone written on the wall, and when I called, I was surprised that they knew the time of my appointment, but the guy told me that they did not work late, so they left me the room open and everyone went. I entered the room, and in the morning we wanted to use the swimming pool, but it was full of fungus (the picture is attached), and when I told the receptionist to clean it, she said okay, but this did not happen until I left the place. I used to ask myself why all this neglect despite its good location and the building that is not old, and it is clear that the owner has made an effort to build well, but it is run by a very failed administration that does not have any professionalism in any way. I offer my advice to the owner of the place to look at these details and pay attention to customer service
