Great location, nice and spacious decorated rooms, great staff, but needs better maintenance.

Great location, nice setting, layout and decoration of the rooms. In the heart of Seam Reap and integrated in the city net. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

A lot of things need to be maintained and repaired (mosquito nets had holes, signs of moisture on the walls, very noisy ceiling fan). We booked at 105$ rate, so we believe the maintenance issues should be addressed properly.

Beautiful hotel in a great location - cant wait to return!

The staff were all brilliant - very friendly and helpful and always smiling. The fact the hotel is small was really lovely and meant it felt like everything had a real personal touch and the staff cared about you having a great stay. The location is also great - walking distance to most places in Siem Reap but super quiet at night. We had the same tuk-tuk driver (who worked for the hotel) take us round the temples everyday who was amazing - super friendly and kind and very flexible.

Very good

Rambutan is a beautiful hotel in a cute little alley. The staff are amazing and accommodating and the location is excellent. The food in the hotel is delicious and the breakfast goes until noon which is also amazing. Overall this is a great hotel to choose for your trip to siem reap.

The pool was a bit freezing which I guess can't be helped. The room, although pretty, definitely felt like it could use a good scrub in the corners and windows.

Amazing quiet and relaxing stay in the city center with great staff

Lovely staff who were incredibly helpful! The location was great, very close to the night market and food stalls, but in a nice quiet street. The swimming pool was great, and we very much enjoyed the balcony with outdoor shower and bath tub.

Price of the food/drinks were a bit on the high end compared to other places we went to in town, but that's to be expected with a boutique hotel.

HIDDEN GEM!

Fantastic unlimited breakfast! Amazing service with a smile. I loved this property so much I booked the one in Phnom Penh as well!

Its a little off the main area, but that is part the the charm. There is always a Tuk Tuk waiting out front to whisk you to the main areas.

What a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff who made us feel so welcome. The place has a great ambience and we extended our stay. The food was particularly good and better than anything we found in town at a very competitive price.
