Sad accommodation

Location was great.

We were not advised that there were 2 flights of stairs to climb to get to the room. Air con only in lounge area. Bed, all you could feel were the springs in the mattress. Rooms and lounge suite were not clean.

The restaurant at the sister Ramada hotel (accessible from our hotel) was very poor

The place is clean but lack of maintenance. Rule should be both ways.

We were strictly instructed to let them know if we have an additional person or they fine us but they did not tell us that the dishwasher was broken and the toilet roll holder was also broken. I hate to think that we will be sent an invoice to pay for a broken dishwasher we haven't used. They could tell us upfront that the dishwasher is not usable and that would've been fine. But the reception never mentioned about anything else but the rules. If you fine the customer if they don't tell you about an additional person, you should give a discount for anything that is not working/usable in the place.

The location is close to everything you need. Outdoor pool also had a covered area for young children.

The townhouse had air-conditioning in one bedroom and ceiling fans. Two out of three bedrooms were like a sauna and made it difficult to sleep. We also booked this townhouse as it advertised lock up garage. The garage was "not accessible to us", however remained unlocked our entire stay. I advised reception on several occasions and advised them again upon leaving that the garage door was still unlocked.

Ive gone here the last 3 years but didnt enjoy my stay this time .

We had Room 53 which was right up the back facing to toilet path for outside and Pool users not a lovely outlook. The unit had no serving bowls or things to cater to a family lunch . The toilet squalled all the time which was annoying and a mop and bucket would have been handy

Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable, but there was still room for improvement, and some details weren't t

It was very spacious and the pool and spa were nice. The kids also loved the Table Tennis table. The living area and the beds were comfortable, and there was a good TV both in the living room and master bedroom.

The property was quite far from the city centre, but was still quite close to the marina, making it useful to go on tours. It was hard for taxi drivers to figure where to come to pick us up (they kept getting confused with the other Ramada), even causing us to miss a booked dinner. The fans in the room weren't very good, and it would have been nice to have an air-conditioner in the bedrooms.
