The environment was beautiful

The room was nice but it was way to freaking hot and couldn't sleep. Then they wouldn't even give me a discount or anything. They said there AC was off and it was just the heat on so that sucked

Beware!!! Nose / Beard hair on the sink and a bunch of liars.

Location is close to train station

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I am one who stays at a hotel almost every month for work / vacation. 1) Bathroom sink had nose hair from previous guest. When asked hotel staff to clean, they said they would but never did. 2) The room AC did not work. They said they would send a maintenance guy, but never did . We had to sleep the night, hot. 3) There was trash in the cupboard from the previous guest. 4) And worst of all they lied saying that the monetary compensation for above hassel was already approved and processed and when asked , after bill was processed and we had checked out, about why we did not receive the compensation , they simply said they cannot do one. Good

The shuttle to the airport was useful, but I would have also preferred the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

A little noisy at night due to the nearby freeway. The location is isolated and does not seem safe.

Fair for the price, very cold rooms for winter

Location was very convenient. Close to airport

Rooms was freezing. Even with the temperature at 32 Celsius, same with the bathroom. And there was not hot water, only warm Others guests also agreed the room temperature and hot water situation The shuttle driver didnt even got out of the van to help with the luggage, guests help each other to try make them fit.
