Enjoyable atmosphere, creating a very pleasant overall experience, very relaxing.

I found great satisfaction in the amenities provided, particularly the pool and beach areas. The spa services surpassed expectations, showcasing an exceptional level of quality. The attentive and commendable service extended by the staff throughout my stay significantly contributed to a positive experience. The spacious rooms were notably impressive, and the diverse offerings at the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were noteworthy. Additionally, the la carte menu presented an excellent array of choices, adding further value to the overall dining experience.

On certain occasions, there was a slight delay in the dining experience; however, it was evident that the staff made earnest efforts to mitigate any inconvenience. Their unwavering friendliness and professionalism were commendable, particularly in the face of some customers expressing frustration and occasionally displaying rudeness. Despite these challenges, the staff maintained a positive demeanor, consistently exhibiting a high level of professionalism.

Very disappointed from Radisson management

Bed comfort, shower good, beach is good

Food quality and service very bad, breakfast and New Year dinner was disaster... there wasn't enough even fried eggs and coffee in the morning Too many people with very little food and worse of all management didn't care to fix anything... There's no sound proof rooms...

The staff-very slow service,food coming after 2 hours,no t enough chair lounges and umbrellas on the beach. Slow check in and check out service-not what one would expect for the Radisson chain.

Location

Family of four, stayed 7 nights with half-board meal option and will never return. Waiting time for drinks and meals was over an hour everyday. Lack of management,service, under staffed and value. Staff have no training and cannot speak or understand English.

Room is large, gym not bad.

We requested interconnected or side-by-side rooms, and when we arrived, they attempted to give us rooms far away each other. I spoke with the manager, and she was kind to tell us that this is normal even to be on separate floors. Waiting on the beach 3 hours for towels and finally received one already used. Very few sunbeds on the beach and other guests trying to steal them from you once you go swimming. You definitely need a translation app; otherwise, no way to understand you in English for anything. If you stay near the elevator from 6 am, you can't sleep because there is a ding ding sound from the 6 elevators on the floor. My child cut her finger in a sharp plate in the pool. If you order lunch in the restaurant you have to wait at least one hour

Superb

Luxurious stay and great breakfast

Excellent breakfast, great room and pool facilities. Room felt luxurious. Good spa and gym facilities.

The staff didnt understand English too well around the resort. Obviously not a huge problem but felt a little odd for a five star resort with lots of tourists. Apart from that very good stay and would return.

Try a different option in Phu Quoc

Pool and beach areas are nice

Traveled at peak season and staff was visibly overwhelmed. 2 rooms both had maintenance issues (plumbing, safe malfunction), restaurant areas were messy and out of plates, cups etc, poolside ran out of towels on both days we were there. Theme park across the road is noisy until about midnight.
