Very good

Very good location by the river, 10 mins waking distance to the all-important spots. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was kind of moderate considering a 5 star hotel.

Sauna was not working Parking garage was expensive considering the overall prices.

We had nice stay and if we come to the city again, we are likely to stay here again.

We really appreciated the room on 5th floor and its view to park. Especially because we arrived with dog and it is great to have a park with a riverside just behind the corner.

The breakfast room was always very full from 9am, with too many tables so carrying cup of tea between people, chairs, tables wasnt comfy. Also larger range of gluten free products would be nice - noticed other guests were also searching. Hotel offers this long lasting slices of bread in plastic which I believe nobody likes :-(

It was ok, but there were some details which disturbed the overall impressions

The hotel has a very good location close to the center. It also has a good potential, premises themselves are nice, rooms too.

The staff did not pay attention to the little details one would expect in a 5* hotel. They did not clean after guests during the breakfast time. People were complaining about the lack of tables to sit, as nobody picked the used dishes in time. There were also leftovers on the floor apparently from the night before, same around the bar. Dinner took ages to be served, despite the fact that the restaurant was almost empty. Broth for children was without any taste or smell, just a colored water with noodles. The hotel itself is very nice, but things were a little disorganized.

I booked and paid for 2 rooms for 2 and 3 people with breakfast, then we arrived and found out that we had to pay for the 5th person. we have been misled. We heard from the staff that we had bought it for 5 people, but they had only double rooms..
