Wonderful room, view and staff, disappointing breakfast and pool

Excellent staff! All super helpful and welcoming. The room was amazing as well, we had a lovely suite with huge bathroom and wonderful view of the mountains. Everything was super clean. Special recognition goes to the baby soft towels and high quality and nice variety of products provided (never seen a complimentary bath salt provided).

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, for 20 per person I expect to have a bigger variety, have some fish (like smoked salmon) or something like that offered as I do not eat meat. Overall the quality of food was a bit underwhelming, felt like it was sitting out for a while and wasnt as fresh. We had 3 breakfasts and every day was exactly the same, I usually experienced that at least pastries change. I stayed in other Radisson Blu hotels and Milan one had worse breakfast experience. And one more disappointment was the spa/swimming pool facilities. It was the only reason I chose the hotel (disregarding the location being a bit far away from the centre). We managed to go only once as the pool area was very cold. The saunas are a bit far from the pool, and they were not hot. The one that supposed to be 80 degrees, was barely 65 degrees.

The car parking area was good. The water compliment in the room was good too.

Our floor was so full of stinky bad smell most of the time, room cleaning was horrible and location was bad far away from everything.

The room was warm . Most hotels i have stayed in do not leave their heating on but it was constantly on through the night

I went out at 10am I told the cleaner that I was going out so room could be cleaned . She said fine and she spoke to me in English . Got back at 8pm and the room was not cleaned . Towels that we left on the floor to be changed was still on the floor . bin was full with rubbish bed not made. . Bathroom not cleaned. No milk . When I complained I had to aask for an apology as all they was saying was that they would get some towels brought to the room .

Tap mixers in bathroom do not work well, in my opinion need replacement Blocked drains in sink and shower Lifts take a long time to arrive Since my last visit it is clear that hotel needs refurbishment, especially bathrooms
