Cheap mattress and bed sheets, beds not suitable for sensitive sleepers Cheap used towels Dust and mould in the bathroom- even after asking and then reminding staff it was not taken care of in our four day stay

Superb

Good Business Hotel But with Limitations

The location of the Hotel is very good. If you choose Tram option for reaching the hotel, it takes only 3 mins from the Central Station. Hotel room was big enough with clear separation from the Bath room area. A separate bath suite was there which was very good. There was nice view from the room. Restaurant was good.

There were no Tea Coffee arrangement in the room.. This is a common facility which all hotels give with out asking for it. Here I had to request to send it as out side temperature was Below 0 Deg C. Every where there was a snow fall. Water bottle was also not provided. These are the common things every hotels should provide. But here I had to ask for it. For water they were charging 2.5 Euro.

Pleasant

Pleasant stay but no privacy in bathroom

The room was a good size, beds were comfortable and everything spotless. Breakfast was good with a variety of food on offer and available til 11am. The location was really good for us, very central.

The open plan bathroom was not great for us as I was sharing the room with my son - we both felt the lack of privacy was uncomfortable. A separate bathroom would have been much better. I had requested a bath but possibly this wasn't available.

Amazing breakfast. very nice room with excellent amenities.

Our room was not ready at 3pm. We waited in the bar area for about 30 min until it was ready. A complimentary cup of coffee or such would have been nice, but we were charged a hefty price for a tiny cup of coffee.

Modern and comfy with good breakfast

The room was clean and tidy. Modern and comfy. Breakfast has everything one would need, and the service is good. If you want a central location, then this is a good spot.

Parking is an issue if you come in the evening. You are then diverted to another parking across the street, which costs more than the specified price. Our room was noisy from sirens and also the ventilation in the room. The room has an open bathroom with 2 entrances, which in turn allows you to hear the ventilation while you are trying to sleep. This wasn't the case on previous stays, so it depends on the room layout.
