Superb

Cozy hotel with nice location, free parking arear near the hotel and good breakfast!

The hotel is about 700 m. from old town and 100 m from central station. It takes about 1015 minutes to reach the main places of interest. Breakfast is fine. There is free public parking area around the corner on Hahnekamm 1, 04103 Leipzig, (89VP+87 Leipzig). During check-in, we were served with compliment Champaign, chocolate and orange juice Thank you for your hospitality! Happy New Year!

The price and accommodation worth it. Nothing bad.

Great location near the main train station, and short walk to the centre of town. Staff were fantastic and friendly.

The location, the breakfast, the staff.

The suite is described as two bedrooms and a sitting room, but the reality is the sitting room is one of the bedrooms.

The hotel is located in the city center, a walking distance from the main sights. The staff were friendly and the room was fine. There is an underground parking garage.

It was a bit cold in the room, and I was unable to raise the room temperature using the climate control device.

The room was spacy wiith balcony, where can enjoy with cup of coffee any moment of the day! The location is good, except the busy trafick on working day morning.

I missed nuts, fresh and/or dried fruits and seeds at breakfast buffet. There were not sleepers and shoe blade in room.

Disappointing

No aircondition. Impossible to open windows because trams are just behind. No sleep. To hot. Terrible. Best Western looses its name.

Overall a well situated and comfortable hotel with nice staff!

The location of the hotel is exceptional, very close to the main train station and the city centre. The room was very spacious and clean and the balcony was a welcome addition. The breakfast was good. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Very good price-performance ratio.

We were staying in a room for 3 (or up to 4) people and I slept on the bed couch which was quite uncomfortable and very noisy. The room has no air conditioning and as we were staying in the middle of August it was very warm, however we excepted it and a ventilator was available in the room. The tramway was close so it was noisy in the night, however again, this is to be expected when staying in the middle of a busy city.
