Nice hotel and pleasant stay in Zakopane

The location of the hotel is pretty good; couple of minutes walk from Krupowki. The hotel is quite new, nice and clean. Our room was big enough and clean. The breakfast was really good, the selection of food and drinks was great, everything was delicious.

Couple of minor things: parking is not included in the price for hotel guests. The pool and jacuzzi was great, but the quiet sauna area is quite small, there are only four sunbeds which are really uncomfortable, not really fit for relaxing.

Few things: - Parking very pricy and small - The pool area was loud and very crowded - The food options were limited.

Excellent as always.

Excellent location.. modern specious room,clean and well maintained.Privacy is well respected. Breakfast is excellent.Eco-friendly hotel- I like the idea of the cotton bag- if you dont want you room to be clean- you leave the bag on your door handle and the next day you get a little chocolate surprise. The spa are was clean with different types of pools and saunas. Very welcoming and friendly staff. It was my 3 time it this hotel and definitely not the last one.

Not worth the money spent.

Jacuzzis and saunas are useless because they are very cold. The outdoor Jacuzzi is not available in winter. We chose this hotel mainly because of the spa area, but it turned out to be completely useless. This hotel is not worth its money at all.

Staying at the Radisson Blu in Zakopane was like diving into a hot tub of luxury and comfort! They pampered me so much!! I'm considering hiring their staff for my everyday life, the attention to detail was so spot-on, I'm pretty sure they knew what I wanted before I did. Celebrating Christmas there felt like being in a Christmas movie, and my son's reaction to meeting a legit Santa Claus? Priceless! I'm convinced this wasn't a hotel stay, it was a crash course in feeling like royalty. The only downside? I might never be satisfied with a normal Christmas again!

Perfect place to escape from busy working routine and recharge your batteries.

The hotel certainly matches the worldwide reputation of the Radisson Hotel Group. The check-in process was smooth - receptionists spoke at least 3 languages. Three parking options were presented: in front of, behind the hotel, and an underground parking. With the Radisson Rewards card, I was able to get underground parking at a rate equivalent to the parking behind the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. For comfort seekers, two pillows were provided: a softer feather pillow and a firmer synthetic one. My wife and I could easily find a comfortable sleeping position. A seasoned tip: during winter nights, consider switching off the AC to prevent excessive dryness. Room service was great; the maids put a lot of effort into cleaning the rooms (something you expect from a 5-star hotel, right?). Moreover, your privacy is well respected. I highly recommend having breakfast at the hotel since most of the restaurants in the vicinity aren't open until 10 AM or even 12 PM. You have a great variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Again, cleanliness of the dining area is great, a testament to the hotel's commitment to cleanliness. Spa facilities are commendable. Access to two saunas (wet and dry), a jacuzzi, bubble bath, and swimming pool is included and doesn't require extra payment. Nevertheless, there is an option to get paid access to private saunas. One aspect deserving special mention is the prompt resolution of minor inconveniences. Agnieszka Waliszewska and Tomasz Przewozniak demonstrated unparalleled dedication, ensuring our stay remained pleasurable and swiftly attending to unforeseen circumstances. I highly recommend approaching the front desk directly should any concerns arise the Radisson team is swift and adept at resolving hiccups with remarkable efficiency.

It would be great if rules were obeyed by all the guests. For example, the sign in the gym says: "Adults only!" Nevertheless, for two days, kids were running around the gym, messing up with the equipment, and parents didn't even say a word. On the other hand, there is nothing else to complain about.

Radisson Blu, where you cant be blue :-)

We were there to celebrate our four-legged kids birthday. :-D But a weekend like this has also sideeffects: - + 5 kg because the breakfast and the dinner is so good that you cant stop eating - you dont see anything from the city because you want to be all day in the spa enjoying the swimmingpool, jakuzzi and sauna - suffering from muscle pain after training in the well equipped gym - you want to go back anytime

We were there only for 3 days, not longer :-(
