Great design hotel with extremely small and poorly equipped wellness.

Excellent breakfast with dozens of options Smiling and friendly staff Quality materials and design elements throughout the hotel

Extra small wellness - only seven seats/loungers! Fake fireplaces with no heat - only orange light with water fog Unstable and slow internet

Fabulous stay, mountain view room was fab

The hotel was beautiful, we had a mountain view room which was worth the extra money. Waking up to the view was just amazing. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of options to choose from. Would stay again

Luxury in Zakopane

Nice mix of modern and traditional. The La Prima restaurant was excellent on our first night. Our room was great - big comfy bed, walk in wardrobe, sofa & big bathroom. Close to all the main attractions but set back slightly so quiet. Staff were lovely and the whole stay was wonderful.

Everything was great, the place its beautiful very close to the Main Street and one ski station. The staff its great, the girls from the reception very polite and helpful. Ill be back for sure

Beautiful resort in perfect location.

Beautiful design, very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast.

Some rooms are facing main driveway, literally, on a level of tour buses. Very soft pillows, if you dont like them, its a nightmare to sleep. Impossible to control temperature in a room. Pool is rather a tiny pond but spa is lovely.

I recommend this hotel because it offers everything you need and want.

Breakfast is very good a lot of choices, dining is very good, prices are good , a lot of variety, accommodation is beautiful, however I noticed the fan duct has on each location own air conditioning, it means more maintenance, I observe this with an eye of an professional. Anyway our experience is great.

The temperature of the swimming pool in month of November is too cold, it would be better 3, 4 degrees warmer.
