Good

It was adequate for the time spent.

Breakfast was good but I had to keep trying to get the server's attention because he was all over the place and not very pleasant.

The staff could have been pleasant and housekeeping should at least clean the bathroom and floors instead of just making the bed and emptying the bins.

Great atmosphere, pleasant staff, fantastic restaurant, clean rooms.

See-through shower in a room with 2 beds is not practical for a family. Walls are extremely thin. We could hear conversations from the room next door. Sink area was extremely compact. Absolutely no counter space and you could barely get in the sink to wash your hands.

Great place good value and would stay again

The hotel was very clean and the staff where helpful , this is only two blocks from 181 st station on the 1 Train so top to bottom on Manhattan vey handy for all the stops from Central Park to battery park very good to get around in New York

Im sorry to say the breakfast was awful only because it was cold when we came down to eat because of how it was payed out , what was warm we ate and made our own pancakes and waffles , dont ask for Tea its not worth the time , not there fault they dont drink it hot or with milk , if you dont do breakfast I would say 100% stay here but at $25 a head dont get it go get your own

We really liked staying there. Im glad for this new lodging resource in Washington Heights.

The location was perfect for our needs. We have family 1/2 mile away. We loved the decor, the music, the view. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We had a broken lightbulb in our room, and it was fixed very quickly.

The desk chair is very uncomfortable. And the desk is built at a height that needs a higher chair. We had another chair brought in, but it was too low for the desk. I recommend a higher chair with back support and a rung to rest your feet. Also, it was challenging to get the room temperature right overnight without opening the window, which would have been noisy.
