The staff here were friendly enough.

Unfortunately our room wasn't overly clean, rubbish in drawers from previous people staying and the floor didn't seem to have been vacuumed well. We also had a lot of trouble with a house party near by causing disturbing loud bass music which kept us up most of the night.

Recommended Place for affordable accommodation

First Thing i Love was the prices it was affordable and the space was amazing for the whole family close to the Shopping Centre and the Mall especially our Church, Amazing staff very welcoming and the area is so tidy. Most especially they have free Sky Freeview Channels etc its absolutely the best Stay i have stayed so far, the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend the hotel as a great place & service for any stay when we come again.

Worst accommodation

Very unclean, bear bottle caps under bed, dust, crime, drit on all surfaces, bathroom was disgusting, no hot water one morning, loud people under us, sheets weren't clean, very disgusted in the presentation of our room.
