The third bed was not really a bed, did not have even a mattress, it was kind of a beach hammock.

Disappointing

There is a microwave and fridge (both really dirty, but working). There is a store on the other side of the road (Lidl). You can open the window to ventilate. Heating is good. They answer fast if you have any questions and they are really polite. Easy to find the place.

Place is really dirty. There isn't "things" around the house, but it just seems like they never clean there (I got informacion that it is twice a week). We stayed 4 nights and nobody came there at that time. Toilet and shower just horrible and also the kitchen. Broken curtains etc just made the place look like they don't care. I got informacion that they will change the floor, but I think the place needs more. We felt that the whole neighborhood is really dirty, so it could be that in this area just lives people that don't like to clean and keep things neat. It is possible to walk from the center (20-30 min), but the walk is not nice. There are broken glass, rubbish and places that don't look nice. We in generally didn't like the neighborhood, because it was so dirty and people were driving really fast with cars. There were busy road next to our window. Also a lot of cars during the night. Some windows are on the other side, so probably all rooms don't have this issue.

Disappointing

Way overpriced for the quality

The host was responsive and it was self-service entry which was convenient

It felt like University Accommodation. There was A LOT of wear and tear and the place (especially the kitchen) was dirty

Queens Rooms, 1C Queen's Road, Manchester

A short taxi ride from Victoria and Piccadilly train stations. Very quiet. The top room which I stayed in had its own bathroom. There is a shared kitchen and living room if you want to make use of them.

There was WhatsApp contact to help with codes etc, which helped as there is no reception. You need to look for 1C as there is no sign up. It was fine.

Great stay for a few days in Manchester

communication with the staff was great. You will get all the information needed to check-in yourself. Bathroom and room were tidy. Absolutely fine to stay here for a weekend or so. You can easily reach the inner city by bus (15-20 min) or even by walking (30-35min) Wifi was working very well
