Superb

Great location and love the hotel

This was our second stay and we love the location, rooms with views of Diamond Head and the ocean, the decor and the welcoming laid back vibe. Very clean, and the pool + bar/lounge area are fantastic.

Very good!

Staff works with a good manner kindly and nicely. Room and housekeeping are great. It's very close to the beach side and located walkable distance to many places.

Building itself has been a while and it was a little squeeze for two queen beds.

Superb

I saw this property last year while at the zoo and it was more than I expected.

The location was perfect. It was across the street from the Honolulu Zoo. The restaurant was excellent with the best views where you had a full and close view of Diamond head mountain with good food. There were free activities and I made a beautiful lei.

Some of the stores on the property were vacant so I felt like I was missing out on something. This property didn't seemed rather mature for children but there were a few there.

WE have stayed in 100 hotels in the past 15 years. This was the worst.

I am a $500.00 an hour man. I booked at the wrong place.

Horrible tiny room. Air conditioning noise. Bed tiny and against the wall. Even thought the Hotel was almost empty the pool chairs were all claimed in the early morning .... and the staff did not remove the claiming materials until dusk. Absolutely disgusting. Old hotel. Needs help with the details or it will go bankrupt.

Room was very good. Liked the colours and vibe of the hotel. Staff were all very friendly. Good restaurant for ala carte breakfast and dinner.

Just ok for a short stay.

It was located at the end of Waikiki which was a bit less crowded, but everything was still within walking distance. There was free water refill in the lobby. Room was spacious. Room 1109 had a great view of the sea. The Deck and pool were quite nice.

This hotel offers no value for money. The rooms are old. Theres one bench and a bar fridge, and no other furniture. Theres not even breakfast included. For the price we paid here, we can get a way above average hotel room in Europe or elsewhere. The room had a carpet in it which triggered my dust allergy, and made my entire stay unpleasant. The balcony on the 11th floor didnt feel safe with a 2-year old. The bathroom was small and slightly cramped and there was no space in the bath/shower to put toiletries. The bath tub was so old that the paint was peeling off it around the plug hole. There was also a stain in the bath. The shower head is attached to the wall and cant be removed, which makes it awkward to wash toddlers who dont like showers. There was no plug to run a proper bath. The water didnt get very hot either. The room had 2 free water bottles and an ice bucket, but no kettle. When I asked for one at reception, I was told they ran out. The elevators took absolute ages to arrive. Sometimes we waited for up to 10 minutes. Lastly, I didnt like that they charge $2 per piece of stored luggage, considering what they charge for a room and what you get.

We loved it and would come back.

location was good- not right on the beach but we knew that. The view from the restaurant was excellent and the hotel was so close to the beach. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar and would come here again. It had many great spaces to sit, read, talk, and relax. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The free drink on arrival was so kind - we enjoyed our stay!

The view from our room wasn't great but we somewhat expected that - it wasn't a big deal for us
