Exceptional

The Hotel was absolutely excellent.

The Hotel was absolutely excellent. The personnel was exceptionally well trained, they were able to communicate and provide for our needs even with some staff not being too confident in their english skills. Isac, the restaurant manager, was attentive to the needs of my children and was able to personalize the service fitting us. The food at the said restaurant, next to reception, had a refined menu with exceptional plates. The personnel was able to help us to move around the city, recommend the best places to see, and explain in what areas we need to be extra careful with our belongings. The interior of the hotel is new, fitting the dark gloomy atmosphere with grey hues. The hotel room had an extra comfortable and soft pair of slippers and bathrobe. We we able yo rest well after a long and exhausting flight. Our trip to Sao Paulo was for sure improved by the hotel. We cannot wait to visit Sao Paulo again.

Location

I initially reserved two rooms but was ultimately charged for four. Despite settling payment for two rooms during checkout, additional charges were later made to my credit card without prior notification. Even the credit card used for room guarantee by my friend was erroneously charged for accommodation, which had already been settled upon checkout. The situation is perplexing, raising concerns about the hotel's professionalism. Among the four rooms, one was mistakenly charged twice, and another was under a name unfamiliar to me, belonging to an individual unrelated to my reservation. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the hotel, there has been a complete lack of response. Consequently, I had to take the measure of suspending my credit card and contacting Booking.com for assistance in coordinating a resolution. This has resulted in a significant investment of time and financial resources, a burden that should not have been placed on me. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially for business travelers or families seeking a hassle-free experience. The nonchalant attitude exhibited by the hotel is utterly unacceptable.

The food from the hotel restaurant is fine but could be better for a hotel like this and although they have a really nice rooftop swimming pool , they dont have a spa like advertised unfortunately

Very good

The hotel is located in centre of So Paulo very close to all the sightseeing. The location was beautiful the restaurant

The breakfast was my highlight for this trip, as well kitchen been open until midnight, we had event and came back to the hotel at midnight and staff actually took our order and made special dinner for us. Staff was really amazing. The facilities was really good as well as the swimming pool and hospitality.

During our stay, the spot was not opened. However, everything else was really good nothing to complain.

would absolutely stay again.

Rooms are well appointed. Great location. Breakfast is awesome. Staff is fantastic. They even had free adaptors for the guests to use which was very handy. Shower is luxurious.

Sinks are weird in the bathroom with the faucet being very awkwardly positioned to wash your face and splashing everywhere in the tiny bathroom. I was alone in the room but I can see how two people would be very claustrophobic in the rooms--hardly any space at all to walk between the bed of the wall/ desk.

Poor

This is NO Hilton! Absolutely not. Employees with no training. 2 of 3 categories of Rooms really small. Bad cleaning service. Leftover from a previous guest inside the room. Noisy rooms next to the elevator. Too expensive. During the checkout they confirm your minibar information and send somebody to check it! I was really disappointed about this new Hilton Hotel. Far away from known standards in So Paulo and Hilton standards.
