1) Charlie's lounge was too bright resulting in a poor atmosphere. 2) Entertainment quality in the lounge with regards the programme and the sound quality needs improving 3) Pool bar didn't open even though the weather was good 4) Communication around the new years eve celebrations at the hotel were poor resulting in myself and family leaving the hotel to celebrate elsewhere. The staff were unable to confirm what time the band was starting and ending. The desk relations desk told us the restaurant hosting the band was open until 10.30pm. This made no sense as it was new years eve. It turned out the restaurant was open until 1am with band playing through midnight.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of different Maltese cuisine. I also liked that we found the local "mqaret" at the breakfast which were fantastic! Location of the hotel is great, one can go for a nice walk around the coast of qawra which was nice.

In the booking we quested to have a room having 1 double bed, whereas the beds were 2 single for all 3 rooms which were booked. One thing which I did not like was when we were going to use the indoor pool and as soon as we enter the room, it smelled a lot of chlorine. Rooms were small and not modernized, however livable and affordable for the price.

Great hotel for a relaxing break. Excellent food!!

Staff is so helpful. And very welcoming.Food was excellent. Great selection and restaurant is well sectioned. Lume atmosphere and barmens were great.

Some toilets at the bars and some areas are very outdated. Our room was not cleaned the first day and on check out it was cleaned at 9.30 and checkout was at 11am.

The Staff were so helpful & kind . I am very picky in what I eat , so for me to say food was good it means it was excellent. Room lovely view & comfy . Location the best. Worth every penny. Thank you
