Room was a great size and furniture was beautiful. From the outside this property looks 5 star, desk staff were very nice and helpful

Tv in bedroom didnt work, tv in lounge only had channel 7, internet would continuously drop out, rooms were not cleaned to good standard. Pools looked amazing but all were hot, rubbish and empty drinks everywhere left laying around with no staff collecting or cleaning up. Pool area could be great but over all tired and in some need of staff to man this area and keep on top of cleaning.

Loved the apartment, so spacious. Gorgeous pool, lovely bar and cocktails and great staff. Loved that the pool had a hand rail at the steps for help with disability/elderly access.

The steps up to the lap pool and steps up to the bar level from the units beach side...for disability access could have a ramp and/or better hand rails to hold. Also the restaurant has a very limiting menu for dinner.

Get proper King beds.

The beds are appalling - two single beds pushed together and they call it a KING I ended up sleeping in the crack of the bed! extremely disappointed.

Was relaxing but thort as classification was a resort the rooms would b maintained better.

Location was beautiful.

Rooms are tired, needs a paint, 4 nights & bed made but not changed, floor gritty as not swept, ran out of face washes, other guests room service trays by their doors for over a day.

Location

Our room was that cold when we arrived everything was condensating. We tried our whole stay to get the temperature right in the room and it was all out of whack it was cold or colder or off which turned the floors so slippery. Didnt get any sleep because the room was way too cold. Our coffee machine wouldnt work in the morning wasted all the pods trying to get 1 shot of coffee. Room falling apart above the spa bath and general cleanliness of the apartment was not up to scratch. We went to have breakfast in the morning which was included with our reservation to be told no you dont have breakfast so weve had to run around trying to figure it out with reception, I paid the extra $100+ for what I thought might be a better room and a nice breakfast in the morning. This was supposed to be a nice luxurious stay for my birthday. Having stayed with you so many times before I thought theres be no better place to finish off my birthday. I left tired and embarrassed and will most likely not return anytime soon.
