We had a good stay in this hotel and we will come back

We arrived by car and the staff to care of the car, took the luggage to our room so that we were just on time for a late lunch, were we again found very nice staff.

In the evening we came back to the hotel through the big parking where it was rather difficult to find the right entrance to the hotel.

Reasonably priced luxury in the heart of Montpellier

Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Fantastic location on the doorstep of multiple points of interest. Extremely convenient parking in the garage of the adjacent mall (once you figure it out you can enter and leave through the mall parking garage without even going outside. Beautiful views from the restaurant on the top floor.

Its a bit pricey, Parking is an additional charge. Parking instructions are non-existent on the website, and it's confusing--there is some signage in the underground garage, but not enough. I suppose if you called first you could get instructions.

Great hotel - lovely staff...but DO NOT EAT THE FOOD !!!!

Mehdi checked us in far after midnight - he was wonderful. The room was also lovely.

I have to say that I have NEVER, EVER had room service that was so absolutely terrible in my 50 years of traveling. The food was disgusting...and cold. I was going to ask for a refund on this but basically did not have the time or the patience...I would have been rude, and I don't like being that way. I have to say that I was shocked.
