Disappointing

If the event I attended was not in this hotel I would not stay in it again.

Location was good and the room is spacious and clean

The food is horrible, the staff at the restaurant are rude and not fit for service. It takes too long for anything requested to happen. A simple call to room service take over 15 minutes to answer eventually I'll go down and make an order myself.

Lovely hotel, lovely location and views. The decor in the public areas a little dated.

The view in Reception out to the terrace, pool and beach is exquisite. The room size and view and terrace also very good. QR code for ordering in the room was excellent and room service was timely and friendly. Can't fault any of the staff I encountered. Full size mirror in the bedroom that could be moved, also very useful.

Really do not understand why the on the wall hairdryers are still being used. No woman would request a hairdryer like that in a hotel room and for the price being paid, I would expect a good quality hairdryer not a box on the wall with a tube resembling a hoover! Also, although an iron and ironing board were delivered to the room within minutes of requesting, surely for a hotel popular with conferences, an iron and ironing board should be provided in every room?

Very nice breakfast, beautiful beach with lot of sea life, sadly why we should pay so much for the sunbeds? And the drinks are pricy too, before covid its been better here.

Ok location but rude staff and beach is disappointing

Nice location outside of the really expensive areas but still close to restaurants and bars to walk to at night

The hotel claims to have a beach, but it is more like a possibility to go into the ocean. With paid beds and a not so good location we decided to walk to the proper beach and rent a bed there. Also, when we wanted to park our rented bikes by the hotel we were addressed rather rude by the staff to park the bike elsewhere, apparently you were only allowed to park your very expensive car by the entrance on the actual side walk, blocking the door

A pleasant hotel that squeezes you for money at every opportunity. A real shame, the staff were pleasant but embarrassed

The bed was very big and comfortable

The sun loungers by the pool were charged extra at 40 each per day which was only notified after booking. To park our car was extra as well, 15 per day. The breakfast was luke warm at best and poor value at 25 each.
