Location makes this place a winner

Location is amazing! Elaborate directions on how to self-check in were clear. People at the other site who helped us with luggage storage were very nice. Staff left little chocolates and bottles of wine as a New Year's Eve, which was a nice touch.

Name of hotel sign not the same as what was in reservation & communication! Room was very small, and bathroom even smaller. The shower was inconsistent and leaked.

Great place in the very heart of Vienna!

This place is amazing- easy check in, clean & cozy rooms with the best location you can find there. It was really nice of them to provide complimentary water :) I was surprised that it was sssoo warm in the room. Overall cant think of anything that could be improved. LOVED our stay here!

Comfortable stay right in the middle of the city

Big cozy room, with enough place to store your luggage. During our week-long stay, it was extremely hot in the city, luckily not at all in the hotel and room (both air conditioned). The fridge was also very appreciated to cool our water. They also offered a nespresso device with free cups (and candy and water), unfortunately it seemed to be broken. The bed was very comfy, with plenty of pillows to choose from.

Toilet and bathroom are a bit on the small side, especially the toilet would not be suitable for plus-sized people. Isolation between the rooms seemed to be absent, other guests were very noticeable, including the automated suction from "their" toilet and bathroom; the cleaning crew regularly left the lights (+ventilation) on after they were finished. Also, on our check-out day (day 7), they suddenly entered our hallway while we were still sleeping, without properly announcing themselves or waiting for a reply :( As a side-note to future travelers by car: be aware that you need a parking-ticket EVERYWHERE, not just in/around the "center" (and obviously garages), but in the ENTIRE 20km diameter city, also when not mentioned by street signs.
