Room, toilet and bed were really spacious and comfortable. Close to the nightlife area. Could use a few more conveniently placed hooks in the toilet. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful! They helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport and peak period in the morning, and gave us tips on how to make sure we were charged the right fare and not scammed.

Our view was the service landing, but not much of an issue. I left an electronic item in my room, and I was only informed that housekeeping had found it only when I reached out to them on booking.com to check a day or two after I returned to my home country. I think I would have appreciated it they had informed me when they found it.

Nice and convenient, issues with the rooms with lack of wifi and bathroom situation.

The booking process and convenience the hotel gives an absolute plus. The rooms were nice and cozy. The staff were great, they were very helpful and were quick to reply to any queries regarding the booking.

Our room had a pillar in the corner and the aircon was situated behind it, essentially restricting airflow and took our room quite some time to cool down. The exhaust fan in the toilets could be a lot stronger in our opinion. Though we had wi fi available, we couldn't connect it in any of our rooms. The only time we got any connection was only when we're at the lobby (our room was ~20m away from the lobby).

Value for Money and Comfortable Rooms for Rest

The location was great in the middle of Cebu City. Easy to take a cab or Grab. Our water heater did not work for 1 night but that was promptly attended to. The room, bed and pillows were comforable for a good nights sleep. There was also a table wide enough to do work on a laptop. We were there for 4d3n for the Oslob whale shark watching and twin city tours.

WiFi was patchy. No optional breakfast offered though there is Jollibee and McDonalds nearby.

Decent stay

The location is very accessible to groceries and restaurants and laundry. Youll never get hungry since you have lots of alternative for affordable foods.

The noise in the property like literally you can hear the next room talking, laughing and all the more if they make noise such as singing, banging, pushing tables and chairs. It is totally annoying since it all happened at night. They should make their rooms sound proof from the next rooms.
