Everything was perfect for us . Breakfast was possible to take in the room because of a baby . Great staff Tatiana and Diana helped us with everything.

The staff is very friendly, especially thanks for the help from Lenka for the checkingout and Khathuna for cleaning the room. The hotel provides a free parking area, which is pretty nice!

We are very happy with our stay. Would stay again at this hotel if given the chance.

Situated in a quiet area of Prague away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to most city attractions. You just need to take the tram and would only take about 10 to 15 minutes of travel. We left the hotel late on our first day and we were not expecting our room to get fixed. When we got back, to our surprise, the staff still cleaned our room and fixed our bed. Big thanks to hotel staffs Lenka and Tetyana.

There was a heater control on the wall but it appears that it was not working and has no display. Or maybe we were not able to operate it properly. We were not able to control the temperature. Not really a big problem but we would have preferred the room temperature to be a tad lower.

The breakfast buffet and food in the bistro was very good. Amazing hot chocolate and lovely staff. Really friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the bistro to the cleaners. The location was also right near a tram stop that was super easy to use

Highly recommended!!

Wonderful staff - thanks to Honza, Lenka, Uljana and Jan - very attentive and accommodating. Full of kind little touches - complimentary bottle of wine, chocolates, welcome drinks, mulled wine 24/7 at the reception. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful space which serves as a restaurant later on. Extremely pet-friendly, no extra charges for the dog. Parking included. 50min walk from the city centre, but direct tram literally in front of the hotel.

Bed linen could be softer.

nice comfortable hotel

It's a nice comfortable hotel not so far away from the center (which can be reached by tram). Breakfast was good - a big variety of meals. Comfortable room. Very nice staff (Lenka, Jan, Tetjana). Good restaurant. We got small presents at check out. It was cute!

The water in the shower did not flow smoothly, but poured out in hard streams... it was not very pleasant to take a shower with it. It would be great to have bottle of still clean water - tap water was not good choice for me.
