Very good

It was a pleasant stay.

The breakfast is amazing and has a vast of variety. Not mention that, the staff are so helpful and respectful.

The lobby air conditioner is a bit warm. It is hoped that the temperature can be a bit cooler.

Many attractive place near the hotel and only 5-10 minutes walk to a big shopping mall

The room was not soundproof, I can hear water shower from next room and people talking in the alley. TV was not working properly, stop many times while turning on.

Amazing place and stay. Great staff.

Staff, facilities, hot tub, sauna, steam room, views, bed, cleaning, quiet, so many happy faces all around, they make you feel like royalty. The very best croissants and pastries I have ever had in Asia. The pastry chefs are amazing!

Cold food cooked food for breakfast. Coffee for breakfast was some of the worst I have ever had in my life! Indonesia is known for it's great coffee. There is no excuse to serve mud water. Come on. Even the coffee was luke warm. Keep the food in the serving trays hot! There were no efforts made to keep food warm. Cold Sausages, chicken, cold everything. I stuck to what I could eat that would not upset my stomach.

Overall we enjoy our stay in this hotel, especially the breakfast is so delicious

The bed is big and comfortable, the AC is cold and room is clean . We also has the opportunity to enjoy the room with connecting door that very convenient for us. The tv is also good choices of channel.

The room isnt sound proof enough so we can hear our next door when they took shower or laughing .

Platinum by name and Platinum service,

This is a great hotel located in the heart of Surabaya. Easy walk to the Tunjungan Plaza for some super shopping. The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms with a great view of the city. The pool deck is always clean and hardly used, which makes for a relaxing swim. There is a wide range of cuisines for breakfast, so something for everyone. The Infinity Sky Bar is a great place in the evening to watch the sun set and grab a cold drink with a great choice of meals. The greatest asset of the Platinum Hotel has got to be the staff. A big thank you to Denis from housekeeping for keeping our room so spotlessly clean. Thank you also to Tiya and Indra for looking after us so well in the restaurant. We would highly recommend staying here if visiting Surabaya.
