Loved it and cant wait to return , pleasant and chilled , all staff brilliant

Everything about this property was stunning , pleasant diner next to the log fire wasnt a problem for staff to bring it to the bar area as we had been seated here before dinner having a few drinks , second night we dined at Scotts at the marina that too was amazing and highly recommend, overall it was a great way to start off Christmas and my wifes 50th birthday, we will definitely be returning to Piersland House .

Thought the breakfast was a little small as to when booked with your stay compared to an added on breakfast

Everything was great, the staff, breakfast and evening meals. There is public transport outside the hotel taking you to Ayr and Irvine.

My only complaint would be the breakfast, it wasn't that nice to be honest I had the full Scottish, and the milk on the table seemed off

Superb

Beautiful setting, calm modern decor. Real cosy fires lit in the drawing and breakfast rooms. Decent hot drinks options in the rooms. Fluffy towels. Heating was on in the bedroom & bathroom. Food was excellent.Lots of parking.Exceptional service! Thank you!

Couldn't do a late check out of noon but appreciate it's Xmas/busy.
