Easy stop-off on a long journey

The room was nice, clean, warm, and comfy. Most staff were well trained and professional. Breakfast was simply nice and tasty.

All ok, although starting to become a bit dated upstairs. Surprised to easily get a dinner booking so close to Christmas, so win win.

Big puddle in carpark entrance which meant having to cross muddy grass to get to cars. Ground floors rooms were cold (air con faulty) and upstairs rooms toasty as had radiator which was on.

The staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for us. The food was great throughout.

The stupid "smart" TV was very difficult to use, especially for my elderly mother.

Really nice hotel, we just got the wrong night

The room was clean, good powerful shower which I appreciated. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Restaurat was really nice

On another night I may have given it a 10, however they had a big Xmas party on, which meant we had to park further away from the hotel as the car park was full and get a taxi to the hotel. Also the party was quite noisy and we were to up up at 4am for a flight which wasn't ideal
