We had a great time together with the family, Paul, Ian and sophy were a great team, we had a delicious breakfast, comfortable beds and warm pool with nice gardens and the children did enjoy the rest of our stay

I didn't liked the time to go back home but it was time to leave

A place to be with your family

I like the way they are there for their guests. They quickly respond to your questions and clarify things with ease. Paul and his owner and Luan the manager went all out to help where help is needed. The comfortable beds and ' cleanliness of the pools, yard. The garden is wow! The cold juice, hot coffee brewed now and then. The relaxing place near the pool

The fact that music is not allowed near the pool and the surrounding area.

The room we booked was not the room I got, the room we slept in was totally different to the one on the pictures/ what I booked. When I told the manager about it he said the one on pictures is already booked, Noone explained where we should go for breakfast, we had to share a bathroom

Good location

I booked this room while on the go and got to the premises 30-40 minutes after I booked it. The owner/Manager was responsive in this time. After I got to the place, there was no electricity and wifi due to power shortage and I reliazed that I mistakenly booked a room without a private bathroom, which is a no go for me. When I shared this with the owner, he offered me a suit that has a private bathroom which would be available only 2 days later, of course by adding up to the cost. The next day, I checked the suite and found it terrible as the house that contained the suite was very disorganized and dirty. What's more, it didn't have its doors locked. "The doors were 24/7 open for the guests" as I was told by the staff who showed me the suite. To me, this is very unsafe, especially when you consider all the other rooms in the premises in different houses had double doors locked. In the end, I left the place right away and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the owner was not cooperative. Instead they offered me rebook/refund for the book period which is not fair at all. I got to the place 30min after I booked it and left the following morning. Why would you try charging me the entire period as if someone else could be prevented from booking for 8 days within that 12 hours of stay. The room was up for booking for the following 7 days and no one booed it anyway!!!

i loved the beautiful garden and the way the stuff was friendly and accomodating with guests.

The place was ok and peaceful. I managed to rest between hospital visits. The place is closer to the hospital which really helped me.

The first room i occupied did not have a bathroom, has to used a shared bathroom and those important details are not provided on the site before you make a booking so that you can decide if that's what you want. The second suite i moved into was dirty with old spider webs and the fridge had rotten smelly yellowish frozen liquid i has to clean it so that I could use it. I needed the fridge for my newborns expressed milk so i had to clean it. The was old used teabags clearly from the previous guest. Its a beautiful and comfortable place, housekeeping just needs to do better and stop giving guests exccuses why they can't clean. The next day i asked the lady to please clean up and she didn't. Her reasons not to clean when I asked the following day is because they were busy and i was in the suit thats why she did not clean. ( i was only in for 2 hours while waiting for next hospital visiting hour, i was out the rest of the day) We argued back and forth and she was forcing me to understand why she didn't do her job meaning i had to be okay with having a dirty place because she had reasons. Also carelessness she left her housekeeping key hanging outside the door the whole day so the suite was not locked the whole day, i found the key hanging outside when i came back from hospital in the evening. Thank goodness all my stuff was safe.

a very pleasant and well spent 7 days

The breakfast was always on time, and We could ask for something extra and the host and staff were always happy to help. The location is very quiet and safe.

There is nothing in the house that we did not like. It was as we imagined and saw from the pictures
