Very good

Great family vacation with plenty of pool time and relaxation

Great rooms and pool and a beautiful location

Unfortunately the whole area seemed very short on staff (not just the hotel) so service in the whole area was slow but those that were working were wonderful and very helpful.

overpriced for what you get

a regular room comfortable bed. Pools designed for all age groups. Protected from the wind too.

regular rooms are quite small. Television was ridiculously small & no Netflix. Only a half size bar fridge which for a hot climate was not big enough. The only mirror was in the bathroom which makes it hard if someone is using the bathroom.

Stayed 4 nights l and only recieved a room clean after multiple prompts to staff on the final day. No toilet roll, bin bags and necessary items restocked.

Good

Our stay was ok, but I expected more for the money

The check in process was good and we were able to check in from midday. The pool space was nice, and location was good.

The room was a bit disappointing for the price. Hard to move around with a big cupboard under TV. Shower leaked so bathroom floor kept getting wet. Air con fan on balconies rattling and noisy so if you opened the door for fresh air the noise was not good.

Fabulous property. Location and facilities were excellent. Our room was lovely, clean & fresh. The pool area fantastic. Lunches at the venue were delicious. Thank you X

Superb

We loved it so much we have all booked again for next year!

Clean special rooms. Heated tropical pool which was great for the babies. Plunge pool accommodation an extra bonus. Nice grounds. Great friendly staff. Food was excellent.

Good

A pleasant environment but probably best for families.

The garden setting made the environment attractive and we spotted lots of local wildlife including curlews, water dragons and brush turkeys. The main pool was very busy but we enjoyed the more secluded tropical pool. The resort is close to the Salt Village shopping and eatery strip, where the food offerings are more interesting and more reasonably priced than in the resort bar and bistro. It was just a short walk to the beach, although it only seemed to be patrolled on certain days - possibly Thursday through Sunday.

The room was rather small, although adequate. The Seasons restaurant at the resort was not open except as a breakfast room, so the dining options at the resort itself were limited and the bar and bistro closed at 8pm. The location around 2.5km from Kingsville itself meant we needed a car to get into town for more choice of restaurants and shopping. We felt a bit stir crazy after six days.
