Very good

It was good but not worth the money but it was in peak times

It was a great location on the beach and close to shops

Everything was shut on New Years Day - no food, no services, and no room servicing the whole stay

Location was fantastic.

The service around the pool areas at the bar was beyond poor. It took 30 minutes to get one drink. Understaffed and the staff that were working were very in experienced.

Overall very underwhelming resort for what we were expecting for the price.

Great location

Unfortunately the whole resort is very run down for the price you are paying. We paid for a very pricey accessible apartment but unfortunately it was not fully accessible. Unable to get balcony, doors too heavy, items in kitchen not reachable. Worst of all the apartment smelt like fish the whole trip. The water in the shower went backwards towards the basin, therefore the whole trip trying not to trip in an inch of water. So dangerous.

We love the pool area. Its the hub of this hotel. We love the location within salt village.

Its not sound proof. Floor to floor and wall to wall. Every chair dragged across the floor. Every loud tv. Every screaming kid.

Mantra owners should stay there and enjoy their motel.

Loved being woken up at 11.30pm on 26th Dec by a fire alarm.

It smelled like sweat! No room to move No daily room service No fresh towels Paid in full a week prior and was charged another $400.

Weeks get away

Spent a week here and loved it, room size good, balcony area, very clean and tidy, pool area lovely,

Small thingsTV 'blew up' over the weekend, no maintenance till Monday but was replaced very quickly Monday morning. Shame the cocktail bar wasn't open, sure will be a terrific addition over the coming weeks. Need to provide access to various streaming services, not expecting mantra to provide just to unlock TVs so visitors can use their own accounts,

Very disappointing, poor service and will never stay again.

The location and pool area and surrounds

Disappointing customer service from front reception to pool bar service. Booked room said 2pm check in on booking. We were not able to check in to our room until 6:10pm. Had a 20month year old toddler with us. Even had the hide to take a $200.00 hold for our room however our stay was on the 27th December and the hold has still not been released and its the 2nd January. No mention of this at check in or check out. Only offered us 3 basic drink vouchers for the 4 hour inconvenience, the way it was handled was a disgrace. Was made out that it was our problem that the laundry had issues from the storms hence rooms not ready. Paid $540.00 for the room. No pool towels available. No late check out offered. Pool bar service was hopeless, staff had no idea what they were doing and had no clean plastic glass wear and wait time for service was deplorable.
