One-night stay close to Wien

We had only a one-night stop, travelling through Austria to our final destination. The communciation with the host was efficient and we could find the key for our room in an envelope at the main entrance, as it was explained. Easy accesss to the room, which was big, with a big comfortable bed and good pillows. It was very clean, with a homey feeling. The parking space was right outside our window, surrounded by a fence, and so we felt quite secure to leave most of our luggage in the car, not having to carry it to the room. The host offered the possibility for breakfast in the morning (it smelled delicious) but we had to be on our way and had to decline.

Quiet, comfortable, roomy, ideal base for visiting the Pressbaum area

Big airy comfortable rooms, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Just 5 mins walk from Dorwein station.

The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and location was fine for us.

There was no children playground (it is mentioned in the descriptions of the property that there is one). My daughter was happy to use the trampoline that we saw in the pictures of the hotel, but she was disappointed that she couldn't find it there. It would be good if there was a water boiler in the room or a trash bin in the bathroom.

Although it is not the fault of the owners, but as a prevous traveller was smoking in the room we got, the smell of it was awful :(

Our room was spacious and clean, there is free parking in front of and behind the house. The owners left our keys at the main door in an envelope when we arrived, it was easy to find our room. My bed was not my favorite but the rest of the family had a good sleep. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices, we could also get our thermos filled with coffee for the road.

Our room was in the attic and quite hot, so we had to open the window. Unfortunately, the railways is just behind the house and this caused quite some noise during the night. This should be ok if the windows are closed. Our room had four beds and based on the photos we could not see this. On the website we could only reserve the room for 3 persons, so we rented and other single room to be sure we all have a bed to sleep. It would be helpful for families with kids to know that there are rooms that can host the whole family in one room.
