Good

Very friendly staff all around the hotel and restaurants. Nice golf course and great golf instructors. The breakfast buffey was lovely.

The family suite needs an update in my opinion. The master bedroom had a funky smell that the staff tried to minimize with oson which only helped a little.

A real treat to stay at this hotel for a few nights. The setting and history of the place is unique and close to Sintra

A really beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. The pool area is superb, restaurants lovely and staff helpful and welcoming.

Great vacation just outside Sintra

Great location Super breakfast with great staff Really nice and updated pool area and sauna etc. Service and attention everywhere almost The staff in general was great and helpful everywhere One hotel with two Michelin star restaurants, that I have not tried before.

A couple of times we had to ask for cleaning of our room as well as providing new coffee or water because we had run out of supplies the previous day.

Absolutely fabulous

Everything very relaxing and the staff in every department were so lovely. Nothing at all was a problem always had a smile and always gave a greeting as they walked passed you or you entered a room. The staff are an asset to this hotel well done everyone and thank you for taking great care of us. Gym was first class ans the walks around the resort were amazing so much to see.
