Comfortable and convenient stay.

Easy to find and straightforward check in and check out. Clean and comfortable, nice and warm in winter. Convenient location for travel in and out of city both walking and with public transport. Good wifi and helpful to have kettle and tea / coffee in room. Places to hang / store clothes.

Disappointing

The location is central and easy to reach many tourist attractions.

The heating system was fully inoperative during the night. Although I went down and requested to turn it on, the receptionist told me it was a central system. Neither did they provide any solution nor it was mentioned on the information on the hotel page.

A decent place to stay for a short-trip.

It's really good to see a property in Cymru that's owned by people from Cymru who live there, which means that the money I spent went into the local economy. The owners were really helpful when I had bother with my mobile phone, borrowing my a charger for the night. The room was basic but I didn't need any more. The beds were comfortable.

The only thing was that the walls are thin, which meant that I could hear the neighbours pretty well. Thankfully, this wasn't an issue, as they went to bed at a decent time, so our sleep wasn't disturbed. I tried to keep my son and I quiet when we were getting back from the Cymru game.

Nothing to like to be honest.

No better than a low grade hostel. Below basic. Absolutely grim. Miserable beverages. Couldn't plug the kettle in as plug was too low. Black mold in the bathroom toilet took ages flush properly. Walls thin and can here snoring in the next room. Shared bathroom tiny tiny. Itsy window that didn't open. Glaring spot lights far too strong, should be lighting a castle. Doors wouldn't lock from the inside

Location: easy to reach and had parking at the back

Sunday closed: We wanted to extend our stay but could not cos they were closed on Sunday. This was not clear at the time of booking and created a hassle for us.

Very good

Good value for money and close to the city centre.

A comfortable ensuite single room which met my needs for the week. Free car parking and the dinning area with microwave and fridge added to the value.

The lobby area outside the room could do with a good airing.
