Very good

The location was great, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Having a washing machine and a tumble dryer were great additions. The heated garden was really nice. The option to keep your luggage is excellent. It was overall clean and fully equipped. Having Cardiff special biscuits was a nice touch!

There was mould on the floor and at the bottom of the walls. I was unable to control my heating radiator as even leaving it on 5, it stopped working because of the main controller that sets when to be on and off. In my case and the rainy weather, it was really uncomfortable as my clothes were wet and couldn't get them dried, and during the night was not really warm in the room, but at the same time humid because of all wetness, and opening the window wasn't an option because I had no idea when the heating will be back on. The tiles on the bathroom were covered in mould, and the hairdryer stopped working after 3 minutes because of overheating, so I had to dry my hair many times for short intervals.

Cosy, comfortable, great location.

Really cosy and nicely decorated. Great location and excellent value for money when we booked. Straightforward self check-in.

Couldnt find a thermostat and was rather warm but managed to turn the radiator down/off. Shower handle needs fixing.

Convenient location and fabulous value

We were reassigned to Number 57 due to works on 62, the whole transaction was exceptional, and the apartment was amazing value for money, highly recommended. We will be using Aaron Wise for our future trips to Cardiff.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare with it being street parking and could only pay for 12 hours at a time, however we parked in Sophia Gardens car park which was only a 5min walk across the park.

The complimentary welshcakes and water in the room. The room was designed nicely it was comfortable, clean and perfect location to walk into town to see the attractions. The staff are very responsive to messages. We would defiantly stay again!

Great property. Excellent value.

Excellent facilities & little extras such as Welsh Cakes & bottled water was really appreciated. The availability of a kitchen was also welcomed. Communication between ourselves & owners was brilliant, really fast response to say questions raised.

Could be a little noisy from floors above late at night, but this is outside of the owners control & no reflection on them - they do have signs around the building asking for minimal noise after 10pm.
