Exceptional

Wonderful stay with good value at a block from Waikiki Beach

Travis at the front desk checked us in early and was very friendly, welcoming and professional. This is also a fabulous location in my favorite part of Waikiki Beach. One block from the beach and plenty of stores and shopping nearby.

Hotel is old. Carpeting could be replaced and possibly furniture renovations

The best location in Waikiki. The bed was very comfortable. Much better to be on the Diamond head side less noise and traffic

Not worth the money

The view was just the best, especially facing Diamond head.

There were a number of problems. First, the A/C barley ran cool air, especially if your room is closer to the roof, you can feel the heat on the ceiling. Then there was the "free breakfast" which there was none. All they accommodated was coffee in paper cups. Huge disappointment. Especially since booking.com stated free breakfast, there simply wasn't any breakfast to be served. Another minor problem was the TV and getting signed in, total waste of time. I unfortunately I won't be staying there again, even if they gave me a free stay.

Good value

Park Shore location was perfect. Opposite to beach, close to lots of food choices off the main drag of waikiki. Great view. 1 free rental per person was a nice bonus, could hire umbrellas, beach chairs, surf boards. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are on the small size and only have small double beds, but we knew that when we booked.

Highly Recommend!

Hotel staff were friendly and polite. Hotel is very clean. Would highly recommend if you want to see the beautiful views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach. Laundry services make staying for a few days a lot easier. ABC store in the lobby was awesome too. I loved the whole location and the facilities in the hotel made my stay so much more comfortable.

Fire alarm went off 3 times during the night, it happened only once in 5 nights so it wasn't too bad but still offputting for my first night.
