Disappointing

Hotel isnt worth its price.

Private beach, daily cleaning

Food: Breakfast was poor, food choice/taste in restaurant for lunch/dinner was also unsatisfying as for 4-star Italian hotel. Disgusting coffee. Room: Room was dark and somehow me and my husband ended in twin room with few broken tiles on the floor. You can hear your neighbors every movement. I confirm other reviews about old furniture. Service: Id appreciate a service with at least some knowledge of English.

We will return here next year!

First the staff is fabulous! Accommodating and attentive. The location and view is spectacular. Vintage step back in time to old Sicily. The breakfast is excellent as is the restaurant. The location is convenient to Castelmola, Taormina and Mt Etna.

Perhaps a larger refrigerator.

Lovely stay

Good breakfast. Nice spacious and clean room. Good toiletries. Sunbeds and umbrella included in the price of the room and provided beach towels. Within a short walk from Letojanni. Would stay again.

The hotel is a bit dated. Could do with some new decoration and painting. The room is just missing a kettle!

A great views, peaceful and relaxing.

Swimming pool and ease of access to the sea. Beautiful sea views from the room. Fabulous dining area for Breakfast. The service and all the staff were really friendly and helpful (except for one of the waiters). The building too was interesting and lent itself pleasantly, to reminiscences of an earlier era.

Unfortunately, one of the waiters, made our stay slightly unpleasant. As the hospitality industry seems to be experiencing a shortage of personnel, this person seemed to be taking advantage of that fact, and we ended up feeling sorry for the owner. We wouldnt expect that the waiter will be working there again, next season.
