Nice hotel for our stay!

Private and calm hotel. We got the family-like room that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with living room, kitchen and dining table which is good for our friend and family group. Like the spacious space in our room. Comfy bedroom with nice view.

It could be better to have 3 bathrooms in this 3 bedrooms.

Overpriced

The community areas are beautiful, the lobby, dining areas, etc. The staff is friendly and the room is large.

I picked this hotel for a few reasons - quality, laundry, and a pool table. I would first like to say the quality for the price is not there. The hotel is marked and priced as a five star hotel. However, when I think of five stars I think of details and well maintained. The room is not any of those things, there's staining, cracks, broken items, water damage on the ceiling, floor boards are coming apart, the air conditioner unit would quit working at times. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly, the counters had not been wiped down and there was human hair in several locations. Onto the laundry, they charge a ridiculous amount for regular laundry, not even dry cleaned. They charge per item and charge a different amount for each type of clothing. Currently the price to wash and dry ONE pair of socks there is more than $1 USD. I could literally go out and buy new socks instead of getting them cleaned! Also, if you want the laundry returned to you within 24 hours of your check-in time, you have to pay an additional 50%! Next, the pool table, my partner wanted to play and was looking forward to having it, I specifically looked for a hotel with one on booking.com and according to their description they have one for an additional charge to play. Yet when we arrived and asked about it, they said they got rid of it a long time ago. Those were my main issues with the hotel, but there were smaller things as well, the breakfast was very expensive, despite being closer to the airport they still charge a fee to drop off/pick up. The balcony for your room is an illusion, you have to get permission to go out on it, otherwise it remains locked for "safety".Those things made it feel like a money grab at every opportunity. The rooftop dining is expensive and gave me food poisoning, I don't expect to get sick of the most expensive dining experience of my four weeks in Thailand. For those reasons I had to knock points off.

Staff were nice. Close to the airport. Nice rooftop bar.

Very noisy in the evening from music and in the day from traffic. Not a great deal of western options for breakfast. Pool area filthy for the 3 nights we were there ,dirt all over yhe floor and old bird droppings.

I booked this hotel for a retreat, and specifically had plans to use the free weights in the fitness center. Turns out they only have a small cubby hole like cardio room with 3 machines and zero floor space, weights, or equipment yet there were photos of the fitness center with weights in the listings. When I asked about it, I was told that the pictures on booking.com were old. This hurt because I had a plan and simply would not have booked this hotel had I known they only had a few treadmills

Room was very clean and beautiful.Staff was helpful. Hotel located near airport and near city center. Price is reasonable, I booked the room and got upgrade to Honeymoon Suit Room. Our childrens were very happy.

There were a few drinking water, just 2 bottle, we had to buy more in a bit expensive price for a little bottle.
