Clean. Food and restaurants first class. Staff friendly. Beautiful hotel

I asked for twin beds and after two days they separated them. Had a faulty fridge aswell but that got replaced

Superb

Relaxing winter break with 5-star luxury and service

Great architectural building, recently refurbished. Very helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room. It even had a steam iron and coffee maker. Excellent choices at buffet breakfast. Recommend the lovely freshly cooked lunches - particularly the paella and fresh fish at the Malva restaurant. Live music everyday - often at breakfast and lunch. - with Jazz, popular opera or cabaret in the evening. Good events menu - including yoga, meditation, wine tasting etc

It is a shame that the beautiful pool was rather cold for swimming (admittedly it is December). Poor `main course` choices for the vegetarians at dinner.. Samira restaurant was not a good experience - poorly cooked and bland food (it is meant to be Middle Eastern).

Absolutely amazing!

The hotel was breath-taking, staff were all super lovely & helpful, very attentive as well The food was exquisite, lots of variety in the 3 restaurants & the buffet as well The room was exceptionally comfortable with a lovely view of the beach, which we were lucky enough to get & the balcony was very spacious The bathroom was lovely, with a huge shower which was a liberty! The rooms were decorated very nicely with a clean & modern look but also felt very homely with all the warm ambient lighting Situated close to the beach & a short walk from the shops/restaurants/bars if you fancy exploring & having meal out; it was an ideal location & still maintained a peaceful atmosphere The pool was very big & very quiet & peaceful as it is adults only, although with the pool being (surprisingly) salt water goggles are a must to avoid eyes stinging

If you are a pickier eater you may not get on too well with a lot of the food options, as they are a little more for the adventurous pallet There was an issue with ants, but only when food/sugary drinks were left unattended in the room (although this was not an issue, just more of a nuisance & something expected in a warmer climate regardless) The aircon in the room was not too cold, which on the warmer days was rather disappointing, but again not too much of an issue as the nights were a little cooler & the shower got pretty cold!

Quiet, calm, atmospheric and warm welcoming

Architecture is stunning, creating an incredibly natural and relaxed atmosphere coupled with the calm and quiet approach of the ever friendly and helpful staff. Literally on the beach boasting impressive sea views.
