The resort is old and under renovation. The AC units in the rooms were not affective, they lost power and water from 7am-6pm an entire day, we couldn't use the bathrooms at all. The place was beautiful at some spots but as you got closer it started falling apart.

At the wnd end of the day we enjoyed our stay at Paradisus Cancun all inclusive.

Honest review here. The facility is beautiful with all the plants in the hotel. The food was average. There was only one restaurant open during the lunch hours of 11:30-1:00-you could order food by the pool. The beach is beautiful and well kept with security walking around the premises which made us feel safe at all times and kept locals from selling to you on the beach. Our room was clean, but decor was not what you see on the pictures they advertise and NEED to be updated. Our last day there we noticed a lot of water leaking from the ceiling in our bathroom. It must have been due to the storms that occurred during the night. Big plus was the Airconditioning in our room was great, because everywhere else in the hotel seemed very warm. Some restaurants were hot, others were not. The staff is excellent and very friendly.

The inner hotel is very hot and it was hard to sit and enjoy the nightly entertainment. Our room was very dated and needs to be updated as were all the rooms in our party of 9

Exceptional

The perfect luxury family vacation spot in Cancun! The staff was friendly, accommodating and welcoming. We enjoyed all the great food sections in every restaurant, and the pool and oceanfront was the perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon. We will definitely be back for another stay at Paradisus!

Mr Aaron Ruiz, was truthful and Honest why our room we reserved was not available . We think He is a Amazing Manager and

The Beach.The Reserve Section, the Supervisor Mr Aaron Ruiz, made us stay, and Made Our Stay, his care for our Vacation made it a Vacation.

The Buffet needed more Variety and The cooking was not adequate for pasta and Vegetables. they would over cook the Meat and Burn it.

Good but not exceptional

The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and there were always enough staff around to ask any questions. Food options abundant although not always open or available. Breakfast is pretty much limited to buffet but its very varied and flavors are good, sometimes line was huge.

All inclusive sit down restaurants had ok food but somewhat of a limited menu, I guess so that you went to paid restaurants. Didnt get to try many because they were closed at the times I went. I eat early lunch and dinner, not a late dinner, so perhaps my fault. Its sad to say but I found myself enjoying the buffet more than sit down restaurant as I found it offered more options. The pasta restaurant was by reservation, but they never answered the phone to make one. Room service is included and prompt and pleasant but limited menu as well Now when it comes to the pool, it can use some facelift and maintenance. Seating is limited and guests take the chairs and out their belongings on them and leave for hours, so no one can use them, even if the pool is empty, it forces you almost to rent the poolside beds at over $200. To get pool towels, its only at once place and its quite a walk. Its a resort, youd expect pools to be heated, and also to close a bit late, none of which happen here. The kids club closes at 9:45 so nothing for them to do at night either No organized activities for kids during the day, so ok for bigger kids perhaps teens but not a kid Resort overall Is it gorgeous yes, do I have anything negative to say, no But the place Can use a facelift, maintenance is lacking in small things and overall there are so many resorts that coming back would not be my goal in Cancun. I went for my sons birthday mentioned it at check in and in the reservation and not even a balloon for him, it was Cielo Lindo restaurant that sang Happy Birthday to him during dinner in our last night there. Our room had a couch that was dripping wet and they brought us towels to sit on upon arrival, we werent even offered a room change. That room had a shower curtain that was too short so the bathroom got soaked every time. Like I said its all in the details. We did tip staff every meal, and the housekeeping staff daily and upon departure as they were all great
