Disappointing

House was OK but property managers were terrible.

There were enough rooms for everyone.

The property had its challenges. The dishwasher flooded on the first night which then flooded the toilets and showers The stair nosing was just sitting on the stair so came off and our son cut his foot. The pool was a quarter empty Some wall sockets didnt work. We arrived at midnight to an email from Sweet Vacation rentals to say they didnt have our $500 bond so they wouldnt give us the door code (we paid it 2 days earlier and they did have it) The community facilities (pool and bar etc) were closed for renovations and that was one of the main reasons why we booked the house. Communication with Sweet Vacation rentals was appalling. They would say - only the manager can help you. We will have him call you back. He finally called us back on day 7 of our trip only to say he would talk to someone and call us back and then never did. Shocking service from Sweet Vacation Rentals. If I was the home owner I would be changing property management companies. Terrible service.

Everything was Perfect!

I loved EVERYTHING! The space was everything we needed. I loved having our own private pool. The location was absolutely PERFECT! We celebrated our daughter's 11th birthday, and she enjoyed every minute of it. When I had a question, I received a reply immediately. This place was BEAUTIFUL! I will definitely visit again!!

Definitely a great find! Quality place in a great area with great amenities!

The location was great, out of the way with plenty to do in the resort. Loved the house! Everything was high quality, definitely got a deal!

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like. It was a little hard to get ahold of the host the first day to put both my partners name and mine on the check-in list, but after calling it was all fixed.

Very Spacious, clean, and beautiful house. I enjoy the stay.

We love the house so much. It's stunning and has an ideal location. It's spacious, with plenty of bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you need. We love the seating upstairs and the pool with loungers and a table. Steven is very prompt in communication. He is always available anytime if I need anything or has any questions. My family and I love it endless and will book it again. Thanks again for a great stay.
