Fantastic short stay

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and of good quality. Service was brilliant. Left one of our suitcases in a taxi and the staff were superb in helping us recover it despite lacking any details on the driver. Persisted for over 2 hours in finding him.

Superb

You are close to the tours but far from the city. The hotel is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Included breakfast is really good.

Beautiful

they accommodated us so well. We didnt reach the hotel until 3am. And they were so pleasant and polite and we had the most beautiful room to stay in. For what you get is an excellent amount of money. The most comfortable bed , shower has good water pressure. We stayed here and they even offered a free transfer to our dock for our cruise . Highly reccomend

Perfect Hotel with access to Ha Long Bay

Across all factors that make a hotel stay enjoyable, Paradise Suites excelled in all areas. A faultless hotel. Incredible staff with the warmest welcome. Was amazing value and well located near to the harbours for Ha long bay ferry and tours. Genuinely blown away by quality and variety of the dinner included in the stay. Was my second visit here and was even better than I remembered the first time. The private beach and pool that the staff kindly take you to is a lovely spot.

The staff here are exceptional. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions calmly and clearly. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. A luxury quality for a great price.

Tuan Chau has not been fully developed so the area feels a little bit half finished and at the end of the season it was very quiet.
