Superb

We had a pleasant stay. The suite with a mountain view was comfortable. It is good that adult pool and dining areas are separated from the family ones.

Safety box at the room wasn't included to the price.

Would suit a family on a budget.

In all honesty there was nothing that appealed to me or my son.

Sun beds were all taken as soon as the barrier was lifted, yet there were loads available in the adults section. Food was lukewarm only went for evening meal on the first night, we ate out every night after, very crowded area, coffee machine was broken resulting in huge queue to get a drink, lift was broken twice. Wasnt for us and certainly wouldnt recommend or return.

Nicely Located Hotel lacks every basic facilities from Food to Pool..

Only thing I liked about the property was the Location, Courteous nature of the staffs, night time party organized for kids.

Other than the things I mentioned above that I liked everything else were horrible and poor.. absolute shambles I would say.. Breakfast was bad.. Dinner was a joke.. seriously other than pastries in breakfast and desserts in Dinner, nothing tasted good.. rice never cooked well, bland seasonings, watery pasta.. grilled meats were horrible Oh my god Swimming pools were filthyboogers everywhere.. children blowing their noses.. above all the pool was never heated.. all of us got ill because of just dipping in the pool for just 1 hr. As a basic thumb rule pool should be closed at least once in the mid day to purify the water, but this pool when opened in the morning only was closed at 6pm not sure if it was getting cleaned after 6pm either as our villas were close to the pool we did nt see anyone cleaning the pool other than a old man just watering the poolside.

Anti-smoking policy not presented in description

We stayed here for 2 nights only, as an extension to our holiday. We opted for this hotel as it has got many pools. It is well positioned, next to mall, bus stations & restaurants. The water in the pools was heated and there are spaces for families but also for adults only. We have had half board and the food was diverse, for all tastes. The room was big, with two balconies and living area separated by the bedroom.

The biggest minus of the hotel which we did not know from the presentation is the anti-smoking policy they have. Although the rooms have got balconies, you are not allowed to smoke in the balcony and there is a 100 euro fine if you do. In all the complex there were only 5 places where smoking was allowed. Except one, these smoking places were small and not equipped with chairs, tables or umbrellas. If I knew about this anti-smoking policy, I would not have chosen this hotel.

Not really a 4-star hotel...

Having a bed for 1 night.

I did not like the noisy entertainment, the only-half-warm food which was not very fresh... It was said to be a 4-star hotel, yet the rooms were not very clean and everything was rather worn. I would not come back.

Good Location but overpriced for the standard of the hotel. Unfortunately we will not stay here again.

Great location , sunset views and very friendly and helpful staff.

Mini bar is empty, not even a bottle of water on arrival. Mini bars usually tend to have drinks inside, otherwise it should be advertised as a refrigerator and not a mini bar as part of the room facilities. As we arrived very late at night on a late flight, there was no way of even buying any water at the hotel as the vending machines did not work. Luckily a very kind member of staff refilled an empty bottle we had. We cannot fault any of the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Safety deposit boxes are an extra fee, which Ive never known in a hotel, though I have since read on their website that they charge 2.50 per day, this is not stated on their partners websites, i.e Booking.com When charging 100 more or less per night for a standard room I expected a little more. Very expensive for the standard of the room and very noisy early in the morning with bin trucks. Breakfast only has 2 sittings which finishes at 10:30am, some people like to relax when on vacation and not feel rushed. Cleaners also very keen to enter the room early in the morning.

Exceptional

We had unforgettable holiday

Very clean hotel and rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, thanks a mill to chefs and waiters they did a great job. Special to thanks to staff in SPA, very professional. Swimming pools are absolutely fantastic, enough of sunbeds. Definitely recommend to the friends and family.
